Christmas at the Colne Valley

Last Sunday, the Colne Valley Visitor Centre hosted a wreath making and live carols event. The centre was full of the smell of mulled apple juice, homemade soup and mince pies, and while people tucked into lunch they listened, and sang along, to carols such as God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, The Holly and the Ivy and Silent Night (click here and scroll down to watch a video).

Wreath Making kits for £3 will be available at the Visitor Centre until Christmas, and are great fun for the whole family!

Check what events are still to come in the Colne Valley.

We’d love to see your photos of your wreaths! Please send pictures to catharine.kyle@groundwork.org.uk and you might see them featured on social media!
